Outstanding surroundings

The Morbihan Gulf is the perfect area to perform water-activities; it is a secured area for fauna and flora.

The Gulf is especially appreciated by painters in watercolours due to its vast range of colours and brightnesses. To numerous islands are easy to visit during mini-cruises.

Vannes is close to Sainte Anne d'Auray and Carnac and its renown megalithes (20km, 12.5 miles).The hinterland also is remarkable for its flowered villages and manors. (contact the Vannes tourism office )

How to come to Espace Montcalm? ?

ESPACE MONTCALM » is within 200 meters (220 yards) from the harbour and the "old downtown"; follow "Maison du Diocèse"  signs.  Buses are welcome. The commanding buildings are near a large car-park inside a green setting and a very calm area. (click to go to the access map)

ESPACE MONTCALM is run by a not-for-profit association, "l'Association Montcalm", which is dedicated to using the "Maison du Diocèse" equipments according to Christian thinking : catering, housing, PC-equipped meeting/conference rooms may be used by the associations and organisations accredited by the diocese bishop.

This association may offer the same service to people, associations or companies which are not members.
